This bug is for crash report bp-466d5ba0-6512-4a48-b6d4-58c4d0190522.

Samsung specific crash seen in 67 but also visible in 66 releases: https://bit.ly/2JVUaOF. 100% correlation to specific android hardware as seen below. Top crashing device is Samsung Galaxy S8 and the majority of crashes are all API 28.

Around 300 crashes so far on 67 release, so not significant volume yet in this signature.

Adding a similar signature that is seen on Samsung API 28 devices. This would increase the crash count to be over 500 crashes on 67 release.

The volume of crashes is higher than in 66 but not worrying at the moment, given that this is currently not assigned and that the bug is currently not assigned, I am marking is as fix-optional for 67.
