Do we need to annotate graphs[0]/datasources with a note about the behavior change :sparky landed in bug 1552548 (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/74c8824ac224)?

We do intend to support annotations, but in this case I don't believe it to be necessary. The power data is still very new and appears noisy. Let's work on analysing this data before we add it to our management dashboards.
