User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
I updated FF to 67, then i made multiple installs for different uses of the browser.
Actual results:
Since then, in macOS Preferences/Global Setting > General, I can't select the right install as my default browser.
I don't have all my installs listed in macOS.
Expected results:
I should have had all my installs listed in macOS.

Moving to a better component (hopefully) for triage.

Unfortunately this seems to be a limitation of macOS. It differentiates applications to use as the default based on the application's bundle identifier and different installs of the same channel of Firefox have the same bundle identifier. Internally it does choose one to be the possible default, but which one is kind of random it seems.
I actually find a temporary solution.
If a link open in the "wrong" FF, then move the app file from /Applications to somewhere else (like /Users/<You>/)
Open a link, you should open now the "right" FF. From now the "right" FF is set as the default browser on macOS.
Last, move the "wrong" FF back to /Applications
Hope this helps
