In bug #1544246, we re-added missing module information from frame functions so as to get rid of GeckoCrash signatures.

However, a bunch of the signatures then turned into <T>::new.

Example: bp-219822da-5947-412e-ad48-4f9df0190523

<T>::new is the "noramlized" form of <webrender::prim_store::SpaceMapper<F, T>>::new. In this case, it's unhelpful.

I thought we had a bug about this, but turns out we don't. It'd be good to do something better here for Rust functions.

This bug covers figuring something better out.

I don't have any ideas at the moment. I vaguely remember writing the normalization code for Rust functions and working out a good-enough approach with Ted. Seems like that's not working well enough.

For now, making this a P3.
