Documentation on how to create themes for Firefox for Android is either nonexistent or unable to be found (by me).
I, personally, am one who needs to learn from the documentation, so I would be unable to write it. I would recommend a dedicated page.

We already have themes documentation at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/Themes, which should provide at least some help for Firefox for Android. What else do you think would be needed here?

The current page is desktop-oriented, so it does not actually specify what the color.frame property impacts. Maybe somebody could give a short explanation on what it does.
However, you have a point. Currently, themes for Fennec are so limited they don't really need documentation. I am hoping to get more robust theming implemented in Fenix. At that point, I think a section or page would be helpful.

OK. I'm going to close this bug for now, as I don't think there is anything to do here. We talk to the webextensions team regularly so we'll check in to see when this might start being developed.
