155492 - Scrollbars do not show in new windows

When I bring up new windows of Mozilla, the right hand scrollbar does not appear
until I shrink the window to the toolbar and then restore it.  This is in build
ID 2002053012.  It happens in every new window I have opened over the last week
or so.

Windows XP, English Language, Compaq 4400, 256MB, 1.3g Celeron processor.  It
happens in _every_ new window.

Have you installed Mozilla over an older build ?

If yes do this :
uninstall mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\Mozilla.org\Mozilla\ (but
save your plugins) and reinstall mozilla.

If you still see the problem try "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an
additional test profile.

I use my.yahoo.com for my home page.  But even when I changed the home page to
my netscape, msn, or excite accounts, the same thing happens.

Dan Hodge:  does this problem still exist for you using a new version of mozilla
(1.2a)?  If so, have you tried the suggestions in comment #4?  If this is no
longer a problem, please resolve this bug WORKSFORME.  Thank you!
