I'm not sure if this is a webcompat issue or a backgrounded-tab-priority issue or what, but:

This site provides conference-call services; I can connect successfully, but I am reliably getting disconnected when I background the tab - it does that digital fadeout thing, and then drops the call.

I don't see anything in the logs of note, but I'll keep looking.

Hi Mike,

Do you have to be in an active conference room or it is enough to be alone?
I tried to reproduce this (listened to that song way too many times) but the call never dropped. Tested on latest Nightly on Windows 10 in a conference call where I was alone.

I think you need to be in an active conference. I'll try it out again to see if I can reproduce it.

I tried to reproduce this issue but I couldn't, the call never dropped - tried with the latest Nightly 74.0a1 and Firefox 72.01 (in a conference of 2) on Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.14.

Mike, are you still encountering this issue?
