Expected.
2. both video and audio are playing

Actual.
2. only playing audio

Note. Chrome can play this file correctly.

I see the video playing in Chrome, but not FF. I do not hear audio in either one. (Linux)

I am seeing the same results as Mark in Nightly 75 on MacOS.

I converted the file from .ogv to .ogv using an online converter tool and the resulting file plays in FF fine (still no audio in this file).
