If I'm on bugzilla.mozilla.org then saved logins for bugzilla.mozilla.org should appear before logins for blog.mozilla.org.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Additional eTLD+1 login matches will reduce the usability of login autocomplete if less relevant results appear before exact domain matches.
