User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

Page is not at the top-most or bottom-most limit of the vertical position, but somewhere in the middle. Reloading the page was landing at the same y-position each time. Not so starting with FF66.
Host: OSX 10.11.6/10.9.5, FF ≥ 66

Actual results:

Since FF66, reloading the page moves the page down by approximately 75px each time, akin to having the page scroll down. The 75px is specifically for this page, on https://forums.virtualbox.org, it's more pronounced in other sites like https://slashdot.org/

See attached image for a before- and after-reloading comparison.

Expected results:

Page layout should remain in the same vertical position as in the last time the page was loaded.
