Actual results:

consultation saved successfully

Expected results:

transaction id should be inserted into table

I was not able to reproduce this issue because I have no clue to try to reproduce it.
If it possible for you, could you please follow this guideline to write the steps:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines

Also, can you please try to retest this issue on the latest Nightly Version?
