This is really more of a hunch than a solid bug report, so you'll have to bear
with me here.  Lately, I've noticed, whilst on the NYT website, that, despite
the fact that I have "Open unrequested windows" unchecked in the
Advanced->Scripts & Windows options, I *still* see popup ads.  I didn't think
anything of it the first time -- I thought maybe it was a hard-to-reproduce
glitch.  But now I'm pretty sure that this isn't the case.  I have a suspicion
that Flash is accessing a low-level API buried within Moz that allows it to
override the "Open unrequested windows" control.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable "Open unrequested windows".
2. Go to link above.
3. Maybe you get a popup.

Actual Results:  I got a popup, at least, the first time I tried it.

Expected Results:  No popup.

Actually, they used an onload event on an image in a very sneaky way...  See bug
126224 for the gory details and bug 132031 for the UI for the pref we
implemented to counteract it.
