We would like to translate an e-mail that will go to our German and French campaigners.

Hello @cocomo
the copy is finally ready. We would like to translate 3 e-mails in 4 different languages and 3 snippets in the same different languages as well (german, french, italian and spanish)

Since the copy changes slightly per local I created one spreadsheet per e-mail and one spreadsheet per snippet. As per your advice I used htlm for marking links.

@Nukeator, there are quite a few things I have to fix/clean up before I could send the files out. This is what I did:
1). Clean up the files, such as this one: ...Mandarin speakers. Now you can <a href= "https://voice.mozilla.org/speak" donate your voice <a/> in simplified German. Fix text and HTML tags.
2). Looks like the copies are the same except the mention of the [language] part. Let me know if this is not the case
3). Assume the text is the same between one language and another, I consolidated all the files into two, one for Emails and one for Snippets. If you are good with it, we will deliver one file containing two tabs. If you want to have anyone review the docs, it's much more manageable.
4). One tracking URL mentions English. I tagged you to that. Do you want to change to [language] instead?

Don't worry about URLs, they shouldn't be modified by translators, we'll modify with the final ones once we have the localized text.

Konstantina said she can wait until next week so she could take care of it post translation. However, the agency will deliver aiming tomorrow. I will comment in the bug once the files are delivered.
