Who is responsible for making sure https://mzl.la/ETPdefault goes to a working page on launch day?

Marking this as a blocker since there is followup required before launch.
Can we get this in place before launch day?
All blog posts will be published at 5:50AM PST. So we should be good to go for 6AM PST

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Release (67.0.1 Build ID - 20190529130856) and the latest Firefox Nightly (69.0a1 Build ID - 20190606112416) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.14.5. Now, the "How it Works" button no longer redirects to a "Page not found".
