ni? melissa: Nearly all of this is done on my side. Can you suggest the appropriate person to be the ops contact for this? This is a spark streaming job that sends uptake event counts/metrics to datadog (for now) so benson's team can add monitoring/alerting for remote settings, normandy, etc from client-side data.

Job configs have been added in https://github.com/mozilla-services/databricks-jobs/pull/8

I've added a datadog monitor that will trigger a statuspage outage if it's tripped. I think we can call this one done.
