User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Steps to reproduce:
(Not a consistent repro, as it only seems to happen in some chats, and sometimes it does not happen)
1.) Go to Messenger.com (and login)
2.) If the first chat loaded is fine, check other chats on the left hand side.
3.) Some do not scroll to the most recent messages
4.) Refreshing the chat may fix it, sometimes it will load at the most recent message, sometimes not.
Actual results:
Chat is not at the most recent messages, and I need to manually scroll down
Expected results:
Chat should be at the most recent messages, scrolling down should do nothing

I'll redirect the triage to Hiro because he might know more about scrolling anchoring.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 1546027 which means some image loading finished after restoring scroll position, but I am not 100% sure yet. I will check it later. I have to create an account on messenger.com first.

Hiro and I reproduce this issue with the slow network and cache disabled in the devtools. Ryan had an analysis of this issue in bug 1546027 comment 3. So I'll mark this as a dup.
