In the Net Installer, the Description for the Personal Security Manager
Component is "for secure browsing and email; required for SSL(https) and"
(quotes added).  The descriptions for the other components are shorter, so none
of them are truncated.

This occurred in the 1.0 and 1.1a installers, which are the only ones I've tried.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run the net installer
2.Choose Custom installation
3.Select a component and read its description below

Expected Results:  Any of the following
*All descriptions are short enough to fit in the Description box
*The box is long enough to display all descriptions
*The box is tall enough to wrap descriptions
*The box has a scroll arrow to allow scrolling of wrapped descriptions

OK, not an earth shattering issue, but it should be a good diversion for someone
who needs to escape an important issue that resists solution.
