Environment
Device: Samsung Galaxy S9 Android(8.0.0)
Build: Firefox Nightly 68.0a1(2019-06-01)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Fennec.
  2. Go to https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download
  3. Choose to download 2 files.(Works with Extra Large file and Large file)
  4. Go to "Custom Menu"/"Tools"/"Downloads"
  5. Pause both files which are downloading.
  6. Open the device android notification for Fennec

Expected Result: The process animation for downloading is paused

Actual Result: The process animation for downloading still plays even if the download is paused.

Note:

  1. With one download you cannot reproduce
  2. On Firefox Beta 68.0b5 I cannot reproduce this issue
  3. On Firefox Release 67.0 I cannot reproduce this issue

Hi, verified the issue and I reproduce with Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (Android 9) on Firefox Beta 68.2b7 and Firefox Release 68.2.0

Verified with Samsung Galaxy Tab A (Android 9) and Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0) on Firefox Beta 68.2b7 and Firefox Release 68.2.0 and did not reproduced.
