Not sure what the plans are for the rich editor, but wanted to flag that spell checkers don’t work with the current FTL editor, which increases the odds of missing typos.
In particular, I’m missing Firefox’s built-in spellchecker, which has the benefit of being fully automated (i.e. you don’t have to click anything to check the current translation and flag typos)
I also noticed third-party grammar checkers (for French, Antidote & Grammalecte) don’t work anymore, even if you manually highlight the text and use the right-click menu.

I don't think we can support that in the ACE editor. For the rich editor, we should use regular input fields, and that should support built-in spell checking.
https://github.com/ajaxorg/ace/issues/3166 for context.

As per Axel's comment, I'm moving the bug outside the Translate.Next scope.
