Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Access https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
  3. Access the Screen/Window option

Expected result

  • Screen/Window share is successfully displayed

Actual result

  • Black screen is displayed in both cases for some applications (e.g. Chrome & Skype)

Regression range

  • This is not a recent regression since I was able to reproduce it on Firefox 67.0. I'll came with regression range asap in case there is an old one.
