• All users who have ever been in the experiment must be included in the dataset for the duration of the experiment after their enrollment even if they are no longer receiving treatment
• The treatment period for a user must be easily identifiable
• The dataset performance for common tasks must significantly improve over v1
• Addon studies should always be included in the dataset
• An enrollments table should exist that includes one row per client-experiment pair
• Backfills should work correctly (e.g. we should use the normandy v3 api)
