155692 - Wordpad fails to open a compose window

Branch build 2002-07-01: WinMe

Overview: With Mapi enabled use Wordpad and try to send a document. It either 
fails to do anything or it opens the browser.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Mapi and exit the app
2. Open Wordpad, select File|Send

Actual Results:
- With Quick Launch: It may appear to hang. Wait long enough and it reports 
"Send Mail failed to send message".
- With Quick Laynch off: The Browser opens and the new message compose window 
never opens.

Expected Results: Having Quick Launch on or off should not make a difference. 
- If multiple profiles exist then it should show the Profile Manager, the user 
selects a profile and then the compose window should appear with the default 
mail account in the from field.
- If one profile exists then it should display a compose window with the default 
mail account in the from field.
