User asked on reddit about Firefox Sync not appearing in the preferences UI. identity.fxaccounts.enabled was set to false. It'd be nice to have this information in about:support.

To fix this bug, identity.fxaccounts.enabled needs to be added to the whitelist at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/153172de0c5bfca31ef861bd8fc0995f44cada6a/toolkit/modules/Troubleshoot.jsm#19
