Steps to reproduce:

Go to livemint.com
Scroll just a bit

Actual results:

The header starts flickering. The animation is not smooth. Please check the attachment.

Expected results:

Smooth animation like in other browsers.

Hi,

I have tested your issue on latest FF release (67.0.1) and latest Nightly build 69.0a1 (2019-06-11) and could not reproduce it.

If the issue is still reproducible on your end, can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results?
When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), maybe even safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d), to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause.

This is on a fresh Firefox nightly install with only uBO installed. This only happens when ad blocking is enabled.
This happens on Chrome as well but not on Safari (both with uBO installed).
Not sure if its faulty site design or Firefox causing this problem.

With new info from comment 3, I have managed to reproduce this issue on latest FF release (67.0.1) and latest Nightly build 69.0a1 (2019-06-11) using Mac OS 10.12, Ubuntu 18 and Windows 10.
I will move this over to a component so developers can take a look over it. If is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.

Moving to WebExtensions, since it's unrelated to the Add-ons Manager. Could be Developer Outreach, instead of General, depending on where the problem is exactly and how far we can/want to go with addressing the underlying issue.

This issue is related to uBlock Origin addon, only when the addon is enabled the issue is reproducible, so this is the reason that I consider this should go under WebExtension.
If you consider this is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.

This looks like its fixed in Firefox 72.0 stable. I tried pretty hard to reproduce but couldn't. I don't know what fixed it though.

I tried to reproduce the issue but I couldn't reproduce it as well using latest Nightly build 74.0a1. Based also on comment 8, I will close this issue as resolved - worksforme. If anyone can still reproduce this issue please feel free to reopen this bug.
