Environment:
Device:

  • Huawei P10 (Android 9.0.1);
  • Lenovo TB3-850M (Android 6.0.0);
    Build: Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-06-04);

Prerequisites: "Always restore" is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Firefox and go to http://mozilla.github.com/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html.
  2. Select Audio & Video.
  3. Allow permissions.
  4. Close Firefox from task manager.
  5. Open Firefox.

Expected result:
The page is restored and Audio&Video are not selected.

Actual result:
The page is restored and a video is displayed with the built-in camera active showing the content.
