Steps to reproduce:

updated the browser after a few days, did not install any theme.

Actual results:

suddenly the top most bar is changing colours and showing a blurred backgound of the wallpaper i have put, and if i install a theme, the close and minimize buttons start blinking with white background and the colour of the wallpaper.

Expected results:

the default behaviour should be that the top most bar be of a lighter shade and not blink even if there is theme installed

I cannot reproduce this issue on Windows 7 or Windows 10 on Nightly v69.0a1 (2019-06-06) or Release v67.0.1.
Please test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:

i tested in firefox safe mode, the issue is still there.
i suspect it has something to do with Windows Personalisation settings (desktop, right click, Personalize, Window Colour.)
I have a theme installed, and that makes the Window borders of certain apps / software change colour with the change in wallpaper.
But firefox nightly didnt change colour previously, and now it does, but in a weird manner.
The weirdness can be reduced by installing a theme, which causes the tab bar to change colour or become translucent only on the "3 button region".

Sorry, we don't support third-party themes on Windows 7. Windows 7 is also reaching its official end of life soon. Hence I'll close this as wontifx.
