We need two dag runs to be added:
2019-05-12
2019-05-19

I would prefer these to match the existing dag runs (i.e. run_id as something like scheduled__2019-05-26T00:00:00+00:00 and execution date like 05-26T00:00:00+00:00, with external trigger = False).

Exec'd into GKE pod container and am currently running:
airflow backfill -v --start_date 2019-05-12 --end_date 2019-05-19 fx_usage_report

Eta ~2 hours

Unfortunately the dag runs will be named backfill__ rather than scheduled__
