When you put in your password and confirm the dialog does the email send? Or does the dialog ask for your password again?

Is the password pure ASCII or are Chinese characters included? TB has UTF-8 support for passwords, so that should work as well.
You can also try to set the pref mail.smtp_login_pop3_user_pass_auth_is_latin1 to false. That will switch passwords for a certain SMTP/POP3 authentication to UTF-8 as well.
additional:
I remember my operation system was upgraded from win7 x32 to win10 x64 around one month ago,but I still install thunderbird x32 version,is it the compatibility issue ? so I guess the issue is only happened in Win10 x64, win7 x32 is OK。
for Jorg K (GMT+2)
password is all in english no chinese or other code, I'v Tried for other mail sever in other accounts but all the same。
I use thunderbird to save password, while receive mail successful, the smtp should be sent mail without question。
besides, where to set mail.smtp_login_pop3_user_pass_auth_is_latin1?
Thanhs very much.
for Benjamin Flanagin
mail not sent, the email dialog ask for password again。

Well, if the password is English/ASCII, there is no need to try the pref.
I think you should delete all stored passwords and enter them again. There have been upgrade problems related to the password store. Whether you use 32 or 64 bit Windows is irrelevant.
fixed, wrong smtp username , change it to full email address then mail sent。
Thanks for all respondent 。
Thank you very much。
