:jgilbert - this test appears to flip back and forth between PASS and FAIL on macosx1014-mojave. This prevents me from removing the fail-if condition and moving the test to macosx1014 platform. Could you please pass on the ni to someone who may be able to investigate, thanks!

My apologies, this bug was due to my mistake in configuring the test-set.yml and test-platforms.yml.
This test appears to pass consistently on macosx1014; it is only intermittent on macosx1010, and that CI platform will soon stop running this test.
