From our investigation we see a regression and improvement on both beta and inbound at the same time
We think this is a infrastructure change or something similar.
Can someone from the CI team confirm this hunch?

As far as I know, the relops team did not have tasks on linux workers between May 29 and June 4 that affect test performance
