Details

I'm spinning off this bug for some latent issues uncovered in an automated test that I'm adding on bug 1556511.

Specifically, the test outer-svg-intrinsic-size-002.html, which I'm adding along with an .ini file for some test failures.

*facepalm*

The test passes, actually. I was just testing with a build that I hadn't rebuilt with the fix. :)
