Steps to reproduce:

generall Settings: grouped folders

Open thunderbird go to [e-mail] in the Inbox, then go to the grouped inbox again

Actual results:

the text dissapears with the error

Yes, known problem. The quickest fix is to delete "smart mailboxes". Please read bug 1207102.
