Ok, so I searched through my bugmail and there are a bunch of people who know how to use spy++ and there are a few bugs which I think need such people. Instead of me cc'ing the full list when a bug needs a spy++ expert, I figured that people could comment in this bug w/ the bug # and mark this bug as blocking that dependent bug. The advantage is that if people are not interested, they can remove themselves from this single CC list, and if people are interested, they can add themselves to it.
