1557826 - Turn on browser-chrome mochitests for WebRender (Linux)

We aren't running browser-chrome mochitests in automation on WR-enabled on Linux, we should do that.

Although being GLX, the screenshot looks like bug 1650246. (Sometimes I can reproduce bug 1650246 even with GLX, but it looks different than above screenshot.)

I've listed some of these problems in bug 1606224 comment 15.

Not mentioned so far: bug 1630251 happens when restoring a browser session on X11/Xwayland, but so far I don't know if it's WebRender-only or if Basic is likewise affected.

Sorry, I have tomatoes on my eyes: bug 1630251 affected or affects Basic as well. Firefox Stable is severly broken for months now (when restoring a browsing session). It's not easy to reproduce, but it happend too often - even with Xwayland. (At some point I switched to MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1, therefore I'm personally unaffected.)
