Hi,

IIUC, if the installation is somehow interrupted, the stub installer will still take the user to mozilla.org for a vanilla full installer.

Is this expected? Or should we make the URLManualDownload configurable, too?

I named the INI file parameter "FallbackPage" so that people building these
configurations can quickly understand what this URL is for and don't have to
figure out what "manual download" means.

This raises an interesting question. We don't have download pages for partners so what value would we specify using this functionality ?
