Mozilla forgets everything, when profile directory isn't default. With default
profile directory everything works fine.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new mail/news account
2. change it's directory (profile directory)
3. restart mozilla (or computer)
4. everything forgotten

Actual Results:  Mozilla told me to create new mail/news account (profile)
