This is a follow up for Bug 1358038

This suggestion has been mentioned in bug1160254#c12

Bug 1358038 introduced an indicator for raced resource and it's currently rendered in the Size column.

The indicator should be moved into the Transferred column since this column is also used to render 'cached' label and so, it's more consistent.
