Steps to reproduce:

After stopping Android Studio there are no problems
As soon as Android Studio is started up, the problems restart.

Actual results:

I am busy with a Udemy course on how to program Android Cell Phones using Kotlin.
The course requires that I run and use Android Studio for the training.
There are no problems with the video material or the sound.
All the Firefox window freeze for 10 to 15 seconds every so often when I try to:

1. Scroll the window up or down
2. Move the active window left or right across the two monitors

The problems occur in Safe Mode and normal mode.
I have a dual monitor, 64 bit Windows 10 platform

Expected results:

Firefox should not freeze while scrolling or moving any of the windows.

I can only guess that this might be related to Memory allocation. I will set this bug's component to (Core) Memory Allocator and hope it is correct.
Considering that in order to confirm this issue I would need to install Android Studio and enroll for a Udemy course, I would like to ask a developer how it should be best to proceed. Maybe ask the reporter for a memory report? Please advice. Thank you.

There's no clear indication this is memory related, it sounds like a perf issue. I'm going to redirect to Firefox for now.
