Dropdown buttons depress when they shouldn't

Win2k and Win98/2002070204. On all builds tested.
Take a button-dropdown combination such as the Back button, and you will notice
that on middle-clicks they depress, but do nothing. On a normal Navigation Bar
button (e.g. Reload), nothing happens. Both types of buttons should act
identically in this sense. This is probably caused by the fact that right-click
is meant to get a reaction out of the Back and Forward buttons (namely to get
them to drop down). Another curious instance of this bug is in the Print button,
wherein both right-click and middle-click depress while doing nothing.

Reassigning obsolete bugs to their respective Seamonkey owners (i.e. nobody).
If you want this fixed for Firefox, change the Product and Component accordingly
and reassign back to me.
