On ESR68, we only care about Fennec builds and emulator tests, so let's clean up some unnecessary jobs now that the branch exists.

One thing of note - I'll be leaving the HW AArch64 JIT tests alone for now since we don't have any other AArch64 coverage running otherwise and that's not something we want to break. Once we get some other AArch64 JS test coverage running (like on Windows), we can turn them off.
