3 crashes on OS X 10.13, on macOS.

There's been absolutely no change to the Apple AAC decoder.

I wonder if that's related to one of the MSE improvement that occurred and got backed out around that time.

For now, not much we can do, and there's been no new crashes since those 3 occurred.

There's a few crashes with AudioCodecs as a signature, not just AudioCodecs@0x204748
However, the number is extremely low, only 5 in the last 3 months.

And all the same, from AudioToolbox method.

I'm not sure there's anything we can do here.
