when i click on an embedded link, i do not connect to the site. i get an error message:Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

I 'followed the bug' in your information system, but similar problems do not show how to fix it. The comments are resolved or invalid. So what is the solution to fix this problem?

Expected results:
a patch or some other fix should have been offered. It appears that this problem has been encountered multiple times previously.
