Bookmarking pages via multi-select will bookmark the un-selected pages as well

Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF.
- Open multiple random pages to your choosing.
- Select 2 or 3 via multi select (hold CTRL or Shift+Click to select range of tabs).
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+D and select the name and location of the bookmark folder.
- Open the newly created bookmark folder.
Expected result
- Only the pages selected via the multi-select option will be bookmarked.
Actual result
- All the open pages, including the ones that are un-selected are being bookmarked.
Regression range
- Will return with regression ASAP

The label in the main menu (where the ctrl-shift-d shortcut is shown) is "Bookmark All Tabs". Isn't this expected?

I think you are correct.
When selecting multiple tabs , if opening their context menu and choosing "Bookmark Tabs", you will have bookmarked only the selected ones and not all of them like in the case of CTRL+Shift+D combination.
Sorry for wasting your time.
This was the expected behavior. You can mark it accordingly
