Steps to reproduce:

Created a popup style window from an extension.
Changed the popup background to black to make the white/grey line more obvious.
Made the window fullscreen to show the white/grey line.

Actual results:

white/grey line shows up top when fullscreen.

Expected results:

no white/grey line should be visible

From what I can tell is this is macOS only. I have tested this on Windows. The white/grey line is visible when you go fullscreen.. but it goes away after a second.

Hi @Marc, the results of testing:
[Platform affected]: Mac OS X
[Environment]: Nightly 69.0a1, beta 68.0b11, release 67.0.3

on Mac OS X platform & environments specified the issue can be reproduced.
Additionally, I've checked on Windows 10 & Ubuntu 18.04 - there the popup of the extension cannot be maximized.
I will set a component to it and if isn't the right one please fell free to change it.
