While testing the (german) localized build of Thunderbird 68.0b1, I found the Troubleshooting information page has blank buttons and other glitches. It looks normal on the en-US build. See attachment for a screenshot.

I can confirm this is fixed in 68.0b1 build4, from 14-Jun-2019.
