If you expand a tread with more messages than what can be viewed in the upmost
pane, select all and mark them as deleted (the IMAP method), the litte arrow
turns from downwards to rightward, but the tread is still expanded. Compacting
the folder only removes the visible part of the tread. If you close the folder
and open it again everything is OK.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clik on the "three balloons"
2. Select "mark as deleted"
3. Select "Compact This Folder"
Actual Results: Some of the deleted messages does still show.
Expected Results: All the deleted messages should have disapeared.
The accont must be a IMAP-account. Modern Theme.

Only applies to mail-folders shown as "Treads Whit Unread"
Kenneth, can you also reproduce this problem using a current nightly build? How
about using a new Mozilla user profile?
