alt text doesnt get displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.slashdot.org
2.move your mouse over to one of the icons
3.no alt text (in IE there is)

Actual Results:  nuttin

Expected Results:  alt text
ALT="blah" is shown when the image can't be loaded. If you want a tooltip, use
TITLE="blah".
