Details
When printing using Mozilla, page headers and footers are always printed nearly
flush with paper margins. This is outside the available printing area for most
printers which generally require c.a. 1/4 inch edge clearance. There is no way
to adjust this.
This happens with both of my printers, An HP LaserJet III and an Epson Stylus
Color 660, both of which are fully supported by linux.
Mainly just annoying as hell :(
