I installed Thunderbird 68.0b1 under Windows 10. It disabled all of my add-ons. Tools -> add-ons -> Extensions states "Legacy add-ons must be updated to be compatible with 68.0. Learn more...."
"Learn more" is in blue and is underlined when I hover a mouse over it, so it appears to be a link. However, left clicking on it does nothing. I also don't see the URL in the status bar at the bottom of the window when I hover a mouse over it.
As a sanity check I went to tools -> add-ons -> recommendations and clicked on several links. They worked as expected. Hovering a mouse over those links showed the URL in the status bar. It appears the Learn more link is not a real link, just close enough to be identified as one.

Not sure why this is needinfo'd to me. The obvious solution is that we need to patch Thunderbird to link to somewhere that explains what's going on. Probably a support document? I don't have time to do client patches right now.
