Hi @shane.pepperell, the results after testing:
[platform affected]: Mac OS X, Ubuntu 18.04, Windows
[Environment]: Latest nightly 69.0a1, beta 68.0b11, release 67.0.3
On all above platforms & environments the issue can be reproduced. Further I will set a component for it, if isn't the right one please fell free to change it. Additionally, note that on Ubuntu OS systems the option "low latency" cannot be unchecked.

Hrm I see a big js error in the console when trying the Low Latency mode.
This looks like an issue from the website at first glance.

Hi Shane, the stream is working for me on low-latency mode. Can you verify? Thanks

I can't reproduce the issue on my side. For me the streaming works fine and no errors occur in the console, while on Low Latency.

Note: Navigating to mixer.com I'm redirected to https://www.facebook.com/gaming/
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 88.0a1 (2021-03-04)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
Shane can you still reproduce it?
Reviving this, because the issue seems to affect glimesh.tv, which also uses the FTL protocol that Mixer used.
Streams will work for a while, then just hang. You'll need to refresh the page, or pause/unpause to get the stream to return to normal.
